Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally and do not collect duties.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. If Shopify checkout offers an expedited service, that option will show its own price before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are typically packed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not processing days.

Delivery estimates

Once a label is created, transit time depends on the carrier and destination. We do not publish guaranteed delivery dates because we do not control the carrier network.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the shipment is created. Use that carrier page for status updates.

Glass, ceramic, and freight notes

Coffee drippers, carafes, and glass cold brew pots ship in protective packaging. If a piece arrives cracked, photograph the box and the item and email info@socalgreenteahi.com within 7 days. We do not offer curbside, appointment, or freight delivery — these products are parcel-sized.

Address changes and refused packages

If an order has not shipped, email us the corrected address. After it ships, address changes must go through the carrier. Refused or undeliverable packages that return to us may be refunded minus outbound shipping if a paid upgrade was used.

Damaged or missing packages

Contact us with your order number and photos (for damage) or the tracking page (for a missing scan). We will open a carrier claim or reship when the claim supports it.
