We stand behind unused equipment that arrives with a manufacturing defect.

What is covered

Cracks, failed seals, or non-working electrical parts that exist at delivery or appear under normal household use within 90 days, when the defect is not caused by misuse.

What is not covered

• Stains, scale, or odor from coffee oils
• Breakage from drops or dishwasher use when the listing says hand-wash
• Normal wear on gaskets and filters
• Damage after the 90-day window

How to make a claim

Email info@socalgreenteahi.com with your order number, a description, and photos. We may replace the item or refund it. Do not return a defective item until we say so.
