Products and pricing

We sell coffee brewing equipment. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct listing errors. Inventory shown as out of stock cannot be purchased until it is available again.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or an item that cannot be fulfilled). You will be refunded if we cancel after payment.

Shipping and risk

Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier accepts the package, except where law requires otherwise. See the Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns follow the Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Product photos, descriptions, and the site design are owned by Socalgreen or our suppliers. Do not reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
